Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns
Please be sure that you are serious about your purchase! Returns are considerable extra work. We take them seriously, but we also take your satisfaction seriously. If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know, and we will do what we can within reason, to assist. Below are some guidelines regarding returns....
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging, paperwork, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any sign of use will incur a 35% restocking fee, because it can no longer be sold as "new".
- Any defects in an item or other issues that are deemed covered under warranty, MUST NOT be returned to GettinEdgyEDC.com. You will need to contact the product manufacturer for such issues.
- Items under the "Pre-Owned" section are not eligible for returns or cancellations. However, we only carry pre-owned items that are in factory condition, with zero evidence of use or carry. These items are inspected and photographed carefully. If you have any questions about a pre-owned item, please contact us.
- You may or may not be purchasing the actual item(s) photographed. Damascus, and other patterning will vary, even between items of the exact same model numbers. Colors may vary based on photography lighting, device type, or other factors. Serial numbering and manufacturing dates cannot be guaranteed.
- Items listed as "Modded", "TSCustom", "Todd's Mods", etc (unless otherwise noted), DO NOT have factory warranty. Any issues with these will be handled by the owner of GettinEdgyEDC.com (who would also have been the individual that performed the work) on a case-by-case basis. If you purchase a "modded" item, and experience any issues, do not return these items to the manufacturer.
- Any shipping/postal charges are the full responsibly of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled prior to the 8pm cut-off time. Beyond that, all orders have been packaged, labeled. and processed, at which point, will be handled under the Returns Policy.
